Operations Update: Hurricane Milton, October 2024

** PLEASE NOTE: Most of our fulfillment and our customer service team are based in Central Florida. We thank you all for your patience as we clean up from Milton. Orders leaving our Florida facility will resume shipping today 10/15, in the order received. Not to worry- we will expedite shipping (at our expense) to ensure you receive orders in the timeframe originally promised. However, please have some extra patience with our customer service team. It's all hands on deck to get the warehouse back and running, so we will not be caught up on customer service emails and chats for another couple of days. Please be patient, we will reply as soon as we can.
