Holiday Shipping Policy: We do our best to estimate delivery dates based on information and guidelines from postal carriers and we set our order deadline recommendations based on the deadline dates as guaranteed by the individual carriers. We can only guarantee to ship your order out same-day if placed by Noon EST, otherwise please allow one business day for in-stock merchandise.  Preorders are never guaranteed to arrive on time.  We will also not be responsible for shipping delays that are outside of our control, such as due to carrier delays, carrier errors or acts of God. In short, shipping refunds for late delivery will NOT be issued because UPS, FedEx, USPS or other selected carrier fails to deliver on the date promised.

1) General Operations & Customer Service:

To ensure the safety of our team and help slow the spread in our community, we are limiting in-office staff.  Please expect some delays to operations and customer service activities.  We aim to reply to all customer service inquiries within 1 business day or less, but please allow a little extra grace during this complicated time with limited staffing

2) Returns Processing: 

Returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days, however because mail presents additional safety concerns, requires new safety protocols and we are also limiting in office staff, returns are currently being processed just 1 time per week.  Your return will be processed within 2-6 business days.  We apologize again for the delays, but this is necessary to do our part to keep our team and community safe.

3) POSTAL DELAYS: 

ALL Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL) are all experiencing unprecedented volume this Holiday season.  Read here for more or see individual carrier webpages for more details.  At FORtheFIT, we have staffed up on the fulfillment side to ensure your orders are packed for shipping at warp speed- orders received before Noon will ship same day (we will pick, pack and apply the requested postage type and deliver to the carrier same day). This is our commitment to you. 

However, we cannot control what the carriers do with that package after we hand it over.  POSTAL DELAYS HAVE BECOME THE NEW NORMAL this holiday season, unfortunately.  Tracking of packages has become unreliable and orders are received days before they are "checked in" as received, and delivered 1-5 days AFTER a delivery date has been scheduled. Most packages will deliver within 1 to 2 days of the estimated delivery date. It is best to exercise patience as we approach the holidays, and shop as EARLY as you can- if you wait until the last minute deadlines, your order may not arrive on time.

Orders will not be declared lost until 30 days have passed from ship date.
