Shipping policy

We offer various shipping options at checkout.  You will see all options (with costs) prior to completing checkout and can select the best option to meet your needs.  Within the Continental US, those options include Free Ground Shipping (*must meet the stated order minimum to qualify), as well as a low ,flat-rate Ground Shipping option (8-10 business days); Expedited Shipping (4-6 Business Days) and Priority Shipping (3-5 Days).  For International Orders, we offer AIRMail and Standard International Options to some destinations. All International Postage costs are EXCLUSIVE of any taxes, duties or brokerage fees applied locally in your home country.  We do to recent policy changes, we are unable to ship to the UK, nor to EU countries.

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders with priority or expedited shipping options will ship within 1 business day (or same day if ordered before Noon EST).

You will receive a shipping confirmation message with tracking number at that time as well. If you have not seen the shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or bulk mail folder as retailer messages can get caught there. Also, please consider adding CustomerService@FORtheFIT.com to your email address book or safe senders list to avoid missing important order-related messages in the future.
