SHIPPING DEADLINES for ON-TIME Gifts:

Friday, December 6 at Noon EST: This is the deadline if you are selecting any of the following ship methods: Free Ground Shipping (within the Continental US), Ground Shipping ((within the Continental US)) or placing an order to an International Address (ie. anywhere outside the Continental US or Canada)
Thursday, December 12 at Noon EST: This is the deadline if you are selecting any of the following: Expedited Delivery (within the Continental US); US AirMail; Orders shipping to Canada
Friday, December 20 at Noon EST: This is the deadline if you are selecting Priority Holiday Shipping as your Service Level.

Which to Choose?
Within the Continental US & Not in a Hurry? Free and Ground Service as our standard service levels within the Continental US. We may use UPS, USPS, FedEx, or a combined service at our discretion. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order (can be longer with Holiday carrier delays). Pick this level of service if you are within the continental US, and you are not in a hurry to receive the order. For on-time Holiday Orders we recommend you place the order no later than December 11 at Noon. After that deadline, you are unlikely to receive your order if you choose a standard shipping service level.
Within the Continental US & Need your order Fast? We offer 2 options if you are more pressed for time. All expedited options receive priority fulfillment and will ship same day if placed by Noon EST (or next business day if received after Noon EST). Expedited Service is 2-6 day service, and Priority Holiday is 2-4 day service. These service times are best estimates based on carrier information Both are offered only within the Continental US (AirMail is offered outside the continental US, with similar delivery times). We may use UPS, USPS, FedEx or a combined service at our discretion. For on-time Holiday Orders we recommend you place an order no later than December 12 at Noon for Expedited Service; December 18th for Priority Orders shipped to the Western US, and December 20th for all other orders. After these deadlines, you are unlikely to receive your order by 12/25, even using an expedited method.
Terms and Conditions:
We do our best to estimate delivery dates based on information and guidelines from postal carriers. When we offer “guaranteed delivery”, we do so for dates as guaranteed by the carriers. The dates provided by carriers are their best estimate. We can promise to ship your order out same-day for in-stock items if placed by Noon EST (priority and expedited service levels only), otherwise please allow one business day for in-stock merchandise. Once the merchandise is with the carrier, it is outside of our control. We will not be responsible for shipping delays that are outside of our control, such as due to carrier delays, carrier errors or acts of God. In short, shipping refunds for late delivery will NOT be issued because UPS, FedEx, or USPS fails to deliver on the date promised. Carriers are also playing fast and loose with tracking - not all packages are scanned in on time or at all. Packages that aren't scanned in can get really late, but they are rarely lost altogether. If your order is not received within 40 days, it will be considered lost and we can assist you further. Before 40 days, please be patient as your package will likely still arrive.
